In today’s world it’s hard to find people willing to go above and beyond. Bobcat of Lansing did just that. We blew a hydraulic hose, and they had no hesitation in getting us in with 45 minutes of closing time. We are now back and ready to finish plowing. He did a great job of fixing what had to be done, and then presented other, less expensive options on thing that did not need "top of the line" parts. What topped it off is when they accidently cracked my windshield. Completely replaced it and apologized, took full responsibility and wanted to make it right.
